INTERREG ITINERANT Project Steering Group Meeting in San Pietro al Natisone/Špeter
San Pietro al Natisone/Špeter, July 2, 2026 – A project coordination meeting and Steering Committee session for the ITINERANT project was held at the SMO Museum – Slovene Multimedia Window. Funded by the Interreg VI-A Italy–Slovenia 2021–2027 Program, the project is dedicated to improving quality of life in the Julian Alps Biosphere Reserve through sustainable tourism.
Hosted by the Slovene Institute of Culture (ISK), the meeting brought together all Italian and Slovenian project partners to review progress on ongoing activities, share technical and administrative updates, and plan the initiatives scheduled for the coming months.
The meeting confirmed the excellent level of cooperation between the Italian and Slovenian partners, as well as the strong alignment of the activities with the objectives of the ITINERANT project, which aims to promote a sustainable and inclusive tourism model in the Julian Alps Biosphere Reserve.
