ORO di Ramandolo 2026

14.11.2026 / 10:00

Location: Via Valle 71, 33045 Nimis/Neme (UD)

On October 26, 2001, Ramandolo/Romandol became the first wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia to receive DOCG status, marking a major milestone in the region’s winemaking history.

On October 14, 2026, 25 years after that recognition, Oro di Ramandolo returns for its tenth edition. First launched in 2012, the event has become a signature occasion for discovering and celebrating Ramandolo/Romandol DOCG and the land where it is produced.

Around the time of the Feast of St. Martin, when dried grapes are transformed into this precious golden wine, join us for a roving wine-tasting experience through the rolling hills and wineries of Ramandolo/Romandol.

It’s a chance to celebrate Ramandolo/Romandol through the places, flavors, and traditions that make it so distinctive.

Program:

  • 10:00 a.m. – Registration opens at “I Comelli” winery in Nimis/Neme. Visitors can park in the designated spaces nearby or in the parking area behind Ristorante Paradiso, 1 km away in the direction of Torlano/Torlan, with shuttle minibuses running from there.

  • 10:30 a.m. – Tastings begin. Guests with their admission wristband, tasting glass, and program guide can enjoy an aperitif featuring local still white wines and sparkling wines, accompanied by outstanding regional food products.

After the aperitif and the first two tasting bites prepared by participating restaurants, guests will travel by shuttle minibus to the next stops on the tour. At each location, restaurateurs, winemakers, and local food artisans will welcome them with seasonal specialties and traditional dishes paired with Ramandolo/Romandol DOCG, Refosco/Refošk—which expresses its full elegance in these hills—and other local wines.

  • 12:30 p.m. – Registration closes. Depending on attendance and weather conditions, the organizers reserve the right to close registration earlier than scheduled. Guests who already hold a ticket will still be admitted. However, arriving by 1:00 p.m. is recommended to enjoy the tasting tour at a relaxed pace.

  • 2:30 p.m. – Dessert buffet opens. At the main venue, the savory offerings give way to sweet treats. The Ramandolo/Romandol DOCG tasting station also opens.

  • 5:00 p.m. – Tastings end at all locations except the main venue. From this time onward, shuttle minibuses will take guests back to the starting point but will no longer provide transportation between intermediate stops.

  • 6:30 p.m. – Event closes.

Presale tickets until Friday, October 30 for 65€ (full price: 75 €)
