On Saturday, June 20th at 11:00 AM, a guided tour with tasting awaits you at the historic Ceschia Distillery.
The visit begins with a historical introduction to the Distilleria Ceschia, one of the oldest distilleries in Friuli. You will then follow the production stages of Grappa: the still room, with an explanation of Ceschia’s 100% artisanal distillation method, and a visit to the “Barricaia” where the grappa is aged in French oak barrels.
To end on a sweet note, you will enjoy a sensory experience featuring four grappa tastings and one brandy tasting, paired with traditional Friulian handmade desserts and chocolate. This will be followed by a presentation of the products, where the full range of Ceschia grappas and distillates is available for purchase, along with a selection of typical Friulian gourmet products. A wide selection of Ramandolo D.O.C.G. wines is also available.
