Dimostrazione di gubana e degustazione al contrario guidata dalla vignaiola Bruna Flaibani di Cividale.
Inizieremo la serata alle 18:00 dove Elisa, titolare de La Gubana della Nonna vi accoglierà in laboratorio dove vi farà scoprire come si prepara la tradizionale gubana delle Valli del Natisone.

- We’ll kick off the evening at 6:00 PM, when Elisa, owner of La Gubana della Nonna, will welcome you into the bakery workshop and show you how the traditional gubana from the Natisone Valleys is made.
- At 7:00 PM, we’ll head back to the Gubana Café, where Bruna will guide us through an unconventional tasting experience that starts with dessert and continues with a discovery of some of the local specialties produced in the valleys.
Each tasting will be introduced and explained by the producer herself, ending with gubana served with sliwovitz by Casato dei Capitani of Cabia.
An unmissable evening for lovers of fine wine and local tradition.
