49th Cividale-Castelmonte Hillclimb

Location: Castelmonte/Stara Gora, 33040 Prepotto/Prapotno (UD)

From October 2 to 4, the 49th Cividale–Castelmonte returns — a spectacular hill climb race featured on the FIA and ACI calendars.

A 6.4-km course packed with breathtaking curves and hairpin turns, where drivers will race at full speed. A must-see event for motorsports fans and anyone looking for a weekend full of adrenaline and excitement!

 

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 & SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4

Starting at 6:30 AM, ticket booths will be open at the course entrances, with designated spectator drop-off areas and ticket checks:

1-DAY ADMISSION: €12 per person
2-DAY ADMISSION: €20 per person

The 6.4-km stretch between Carraria (Cividale del Friuli) and Castelmonte (Prepotto) used for the race will be CLOSED TO TRAFFIC from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

If you would like to visit the Castelmonte/Stara Gora Sanctuary during these days, either independently or as part of a guided tour*, we recommend reaching it via Trivio (33040 San Leonardo/Sv.Lenart) — coming from Iainich/Jagnjed (San Leonardo/Sv. Lenart), Tribil Inferiore/Dolenji Tarbij (Stregna/Srednje) or Oborza/Oborča (Prepotto/Prapotno) — or via San Pietro di Chiazzacco/Teje (Prepotto/Prapotno).
