The association Pro Loco Nediške Doline – Valli del Natisone APS invites you to Faedis/Fojda for an afternoon of cooking, tradition, and authentic flavors!
Program:
- Decorating hard-boiled eggs ("pierhe" in the local Slovenian dialect): with the ladies of the Kobilja Glava association, following the tradition of Drenchia/Dreka.
- Making manihi and golobice: led by Valeria from Gubana della Nonna, the classic sweet Easter breads to take for blessing on Holy Saturday.
- “Upside-Down” Easter Basket Tasting: sweet bread with salami from La Casa delle Rondini farm, raw milk cheeses from Elisa Manig, and biodynamic wines from Bruna Flaibani.
Cost: 30 € per person | 28 € for Slow Food members (includes tastings, decorated egg, and colombina made during the workshop).
