On Saturday, 20 September 2025, the travelling exhibition ‘Il veleno dopo losparo’ (Poison after the shot) will open in Venzone. This event is of great environmental importance and is dedicated to the harmful effects of lead ammunition used in hunting. The exhibition addresses a highly topical issue: the poisoning of wildlife, particularly birds, the impact on ecosystems and the risks to human health. Every year, in fact, more than 2.3 million birds die of lead poisoning in Europe, a reality that also closely affects our territory.
The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. in the meeting room of Palazzo Orgnani-Martina, where the opening ceremony will be preceded by an in-depth conference with experts, researchers and institutional representatives.
The exhibition will be open until 24 October 2025 in the exhibition spaces of Palazzo Orgnani-Martina in Venzone.
