Pilgrims and visitors can take part in escorted tours to discover the village and sanctuary of Castelmonte, experiencing the history around the sanctuary and fully grasping the rich linguistic, cultural, artistic and architectural context of the place. The Sexton’s House, chapel, crypt, church and several rooms will be visited, amidst tales, legends and thousand-year history.
The reception point is located in the former Sexton’s House (janitor, sacristan and innkeeper), at the entrance to the Castelmonte sanctuary village, between the two entrance gates to the village. Accompaniments of individuals and groups within the medieval village and sanctuary can be arranged by reservation or by coming directly to the office at the times indicated below. For groups of more than 20 people, reservations are required.

On weekdays (Monday through Thursday), customized visiting times can be arranged with prior reservation and for a minimum number of 20 people.
Accessibility:
People with mobility disabilities can access the Castelmonte hamlet via the elevator located on the northeast side. It should be kept in mind that the route of the accompaniments to the village and the sanctuary of Castelmonte has architectural barriers for the most part, making only the crypt and the church accessible.
For groups of people with different abilities, it is possible, by reservation, to agree on a customized route.

- Reduced ticket: 3 € (for children aged 12-17 years old inclusive, over 65 and people with disabilities)
- Free admission for children under 12 years of age.
